LEADING Lancashire law firm MWR has been honoured yet again for its commitment to staff development.
The firm, which employs 55 people at offices on Cannon Street, Preston, has been presented with the prestigious Investors in People award for the third time.
MWR has been praised for its family friendly work practices and strong emphasis on personal progression.
Senior management had to prove their ongoing dedication to nurturing and training staff to receive the award.
Practice manager at MWR, Joanna Backhouse, said: “We are continually investing in our people to enable them to achieve their full potential.
“This obviously benefits their development and prospects and, in turn, our clients receive the best possible service from happy staff.

MWR’s legal services include: road traffic accidents, accidents at work, occupational diseases, employment law, wills and probate and conveyancing.
