Quality stamp for MWR Solicitors
2 November 2007

PRESTON based law firm, MWR Solicitors, has once again proved its commitment to quality by receiving a British Standard Accreditation.

This is the fifth time in 12 years the Cannon Street firm - which helps members of the public on legal issues such as employment law and personal injury - has achieved the respected award.

The ISO 9001:2000 certification is an internationally recognised standard, which shows that the firm strives to ensure that its staff and services satisfy its clients’ quality requirements and is compliant with any restrictions or regulations that surround its services.

The ISO standard criteria examines processes in the business, record keeping, service checks, reviews of individual processes and the effectiveness of the quality system itself.

Joanna Backhouse, practice manager at MWR Solicitors, said: “We have always prided ourselves on offering top quality services to our clients and maintaining the ISO 9001:2000 award has made all the hard work and commitment worthwhile.

“Our clients have a right to demand the very best service from us and the team here make sure that we have the correct systems and procedures in place to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed people’s expectations every time.”
